Our Dedicated Mission
At Bridled Mind, we believe that everyone is born with the power to exact change upon their own lives, but often stress, trauma, and other life challenges get in the way. Our mission is to help each of our patients discover and embrace their ability to change. We are passionate about providing patients with personalized treatments, which is why we offer both traditional and equine therapy options. Therapy can often cost more than patients would like, but Bridled Mind works with you to provide more affordable services to benefit your mental health.
Wide Variety of Conditions Treated
Bridled Mind accepts patients from all circumstances and facing all issues, including children and adolescents. Some of the issues we can help you overcome include: anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic illness, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, grief, PTSD, trauma, self-harm, and stress.
Credentialed Training
Adrianne Moody, LSCW, leads Bridled Mind’s mission to provide patients with psychotherapy and equine-assisted therapy regardless of economic status. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Utah Valley University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah, and she is a licensed clinical social worker through the state of Utah. Adrianne is also certified through EAGALA to be a mental health professional and equine specialist.
Protected Atmosphere
Bridled Mind seeks to use our variety of services to tailor therapy to the individual, whether it be traditional talk therapy or equine-assisted therapy supplemented with traditional methods. We seek to create a safe space where patients can feel comfortable identifying their issues in life and open to finding ways to change. Our love of animals informs our care of our patients and our desire to see you succeed in therapy and life.
