Our Services
Equine Treatments
Using the EAGALA method, we can guide patients through equine-specific activities in individual sessions to gain emotional and mental insight into their challenges. The EAGALA method does not involve horseback riding, so it’s ideal for patients of all ages. Call us to learn more about equine-assisted therapy.
Traditional Therapy
Adrianne Moody, the licensed mental health professional at Bridled Mind, is licensed and credentialed for a number of proven traditional psychotherapy methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, child-centered play therapy, and mindfulness. You can benefit from the guidance of traditional talk therapy.
A Variety of Needs
