At Bridled Mind, we believe that every patient is unique. We want to provide personalized therapy services focused on the individual while also offering patients the opportunity to experience the benefits of experiential therapy.
Traditional & Equine Therapist | LCSW
Adrianne founded Bridled Mind because she is passionate about horses and the health of her patients. She strongly believes in the power of equine therapy and traditional psychotherapy to help patients learn about their capacity to overcome the challenges they face. Every person has the power to change their own life, but we all need a little help. Adrianne wants to make equine therapy available to everyone, which is why she works with you on price. Her dream is to someday make Bridled Mind a nonprofit with services available to patients regardless of economic status. Let us be your local contact for life-changing equine therapy.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, CSW
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, spirituality, and life stressors whose goal is to find acceptance, knowledge, and change. I am passionate about helping young adults and adults find healthy coping skills and understanding of their life situations and stressors. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and SFT (solution-focused therapy). I believe every individual has unique and powerful strengths that can help them adapt and overcome their trials. I see the worth and value in every individual and approach issues in a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and validating way.
